This form is to ensure that students understand and agree to the behavior that we expect from them during the time of camp.

You will receive this form in an email after registration, but it's attached here in case you need another copy.

Note: Late registrants may not

receive a camp shirt.

We have one registration, listed

above, that goes through our district. After you pay, you'll get an

email to fill out an additional form

for the campground.

We just want to make sure you're not confused when you're asked to fill out out a second form with similar information.

Keep an eye out for updates on things like packing list, theme nights, and color teams!
